Abstract (English):
The attempt of objective estimation of level of climatic comfort of territory is in-process undertaken on the example of city. Geographical environment being the organized totality of geosystems of different levels, being the source of existence of man, providing his heat, light, air, water and food, improves or worsens quality of life, creating the "comfort" or "discomfort" terms of vital functions, promoting or interfering with creation of material welfares. The climatic comfort of territory occupies a priority place for providing of maintenance of health, terms of life and activity of people, therefore subject to the obligatory account.
