The state of the coastal zone is largely determined by factors of human activities within the catchment area, which could lead to a decrease in the viability of fragile coastal geoecosystems. In present paper, by means of comparative indicator approach was making geoecological assessment of catchment areas of the Kaliningrad Oblast within the coastal zone. The set of conditions of anthropogenic impact, assimilative capacity of the territories and the transit system properties of the surface waters were the basis for statistical analysis. There have been zoning study area.
