Proanalizirovany rezul'taty predshestvuyuschih issledovaniy potokov pridonnoy vzvesi na severnom poberezh'e Sambiyskogo poluostrova. Povtoryaemost' vdol'beregovyh techeniy zapadnogo napravleniya sostavlyaet okolo 26% (po dannym o statistike vetra so skorost'yu bolee 6 m/s, opredelyayuschego eti techeniya) v to vremya kak povtoryaemost' obratnyh techeniy - 3%. Pryamye izmereniya pokazali, chto potokov vzveshennogo materiala vdol' severnogo berega Sambii v 5-10 raz bol'she pri techeniyah dlya vetrov, imeyuschih vostochnuyu sostavlyayuschuyu (napravleny na zapad), chem dlya vetrov, imeyuschih zapadnuyu sostavlyayuschuyu (napravleny na vostok). Sdelan vyvod, chto dlya severnogo berega Sambiyskogo poluostrova v nastoyaschiy moment harakterny vdol'beregovye migracii donnogo materiala s rezul'tiruyuschim preobladaniem perenosa s zapada na vostok. Takaya osobennost' predpolagaet specificheskiy podhod pri razrabotke beregozaschitnyh meropriyatiy.
