Abstract:
We study the almost unexplored question of the influence of the properties of no-wind pauses of calm (V ≈ 0) on the performance of windows with weather abnormally cold winter. This paper addresses the issues of formation mechanism of calm silence, the scheme to determine the probability of their occurrence in the windows of the weather, the nature of variations within the season of their thermal, dynamic and time estimates, we investigate the nature of the step transition values of meteorological parameters on the boundaries of calm weather breaks and windows.
