Abstract:
To number of the actual problems connected with the environmental vulnerability of the coast, is the water coastal marine areas, they, as a rule, exposed to intensive anthropogenic load. It would seem – the volumes of anthropogenic impact on coastal water comparatively well studied and shall be calculated on the long approved schemes. In addition, the legislation in the field of protection of the environment, aimed at the preservation and maintenance of natural ecosystems, is constantly being improved and more severe. However, the problems of an applied nature, associated with the regulation of anthropogenic impact, in particular on the aquatic environment of the coastal areas, is not only not lost its significance, but also to some extent exacerbated in the light of changes in the modern legislation.
